At cutesypk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect watch, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The watch is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

  • The product is unused and remains in its original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, manuals, or other items supplied with the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Watches that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products with scratches, dents, or other damage caused by the customer.

  • Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the product and packaging

We will review your request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the product.

Please do not send a product back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, cutesypk may cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect watch, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide an alternative solution or refund.

8. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow our return procedure after receiving the order.

9. Refund Exceptions

cutesypk reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy or if there is evidence of misuse, intentional damage, or fraudulent activity.
